It's been a while since I have rented a car, so I wasn't really sure where to go or what to do. Once we got off the plane at DCA (that's world traveler-speak for Washington Reagan Airport), we just started walking, not really sure where we were going. It must have been pretty obvious, because after a while a nice young lady asked us if we needed help. We explained about the rental car, as if we were only ones renting a far today, and she directed us to a shuttle that would take us to the place where all of the car rental companies were located.
There are a lot of decisions to make when you rent a car, and I'm pretty sure I ended up BUYING the car by the time we left the parking ramp! They were all out of economy cars today, so they were able to put us into this beauty:
